5. It is estimated that the cost of acquiring the property being added to the acquisition list is $ 364,745. 6. The Area consists of two hundred twenty four (224) acres and is Co contiguous and carnpact. 7. The assessed value of real property in the Area when added to the assessed value of the real property located in all redevelopment areas does not exceed (20 %) of the total assessed value of the real property located in the City of South Bend. 8. The CcmTdssion hereby adopts and approves the Plan and directs the Secretary to file a certified copy of the Plan with the minutes of this meeting. 9. All other findings, determinations, and conclusions in Resolution No. 818 shall remain as stated therein, except as amended previously by the Resolutions cited in the whereas clauses herein. 10. The proposed amendment to the Development Plan as attached hereto is hereby in all respects approved. 11. The Commission finds that the proposed amendment to the Development Plan and to Resolution No. 818, as amended, is reasonable and appropriate when considered in relation to the Development Plan and to Resolution No. 818, as amended, respectively, and the purposes of the Act. 12. The Commission finds that the Development Plan, as amended, and Resolution No. 818, as amended and as hereby further amended, conform to the comprehensive plan of the City. 13. The secretary is hereby directed to file a certified copy of said Development Plan, as amended, with the minutes of this meeting. 14. The secretary is hereby directed to record this Resolution pursuant to the requirements of I.C. 36- 7- 14- 17.5(g). 15. All other findings, determinations, and conclusions in Resolution No. 818, as amended, shall remain as stated therein. 16. The United States of America is hereby assured of full compliance by the South Bend Redevelopment Ca mnission with regulations of the Department of Housing and Urban Development effectuating Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended.
