(b) Attachments: (vii) <br />GENERAL SUBSTANCE ABUSE POLICY <br />DRUG -FREE WORKPLACE POLICY <br />In compliance with federal requirements for creating a drug -free workplace, <br />SELGE CONSTRUCTION CO., INC. is instituting the following Drug -Free <br />Workplace Policy. This policy supplements SELGE CONSTRUCTION CO,, INC. and <br />is necessary because of our government contracts. <br />To assist in ensuring compliance with SELGE CONSTRUCTION CO., INC. Drug - <br />Free Workplace Policy, we have established a drug -free awareness program to <br />inform employees about: <br />I. The dangers of drug abuse in the workplace, <br />2. SELGE CONSTRUCTION CO., INC. policy of maintaining a drug -free <br />workplace, <br />3. Any available drug counseling, rehabilitation, and employee <br />assistance programs. <br />4. The penalties that may be Imposed upon employees for drug <br />violations. <br />Participation in SELGE CONSTRUCTION CO., INC. Drug -Free Awareness Program <br />by all employees is MANDATORY. <br />SELGE CONSTRUCTION CO., INC. reserves the right to interpret, modify, or <br />expand upon this policy In whole or in part, with or without notice. <br />SELGE CONSTRUCTION CO., INC. has adopted the following policy.
