Strict application of the zoning ordinances will significantly reduce the <br />amount of available land and parking, which is desperately needed by the <br />Clinic. Variances are requested so as to efficiently maximize land use while <br />also enhancing and adding landscaping so as to beautify the area. <br />IV. The proposed use of the land is consistent with the immediate character of the <br />district and land use as immediate adjacent parcels are used for parking and <br />three of the four corners of the Eddy/LaSalle intersection are all currently <br />used for parking. <br />V. The proposed use of the land and the Variances in Special Exceptions <br />requested are consistent with the city's comprehensive plan. <br />In advance thank you for your time and consideration of this important petition.
