uesday March 27•th.9 1923. Continued. <br />Concerning the improvement of Harper Court from Lincoln Way East <br />to River Avenue, with asphalt, asp#altic concrete, bitulithic, concrete or -brick, <br />in pursuance to Resolution No. 1039 the Board finds that no petition has been filed <br />with said Board by a majority in number of the freeholders residing on said 'street to <br />be improved requesting that it be improved with a different kind of pavement than the <br />kind heretofore adopted by the Board in its preliminary order; and the City Engineer <br />reports that the Williston Construction Co, is the lowest and best bidder for the kirdd <br />of pavement heretofore adopted by the Board, and the Board find that the Williston <br />Construction Co. is the lowest and best bidder and hereby lets the contract . -for said <br />improvement to them and orders that said improvement be made with asphaltic concrete <br />using Mexican Asphalt and all proceedings heretofore had in this matter.are hereby <br />confirmed and approved. <br />L. Sweeney, Clerk'of the Board. <br />Dated this 27th. day of March 1923. <br />Concerning the improvement of the roadway of Fassnacht Avenue from <br />Walnut Street to Johnson Street with asphalt, asphaltic concrete, bitulithic, concrete <br />or brick, in pursuance to Resolution No. 1032 the Board finds that no petition has <br />been filed with said Board by a majority in number of the freeholders residing on said <br />street to be improved, requsting that it be improved with a didferent kind of pavement <br />than the kind heretofore adopted by the Board in its preliminary order; and the City <br />Engineer reports that the Williston Construction Co. is the lowest and best biddet <br />for the kind of pavement heretofore adopted by the Board$ and the Board find that the. <br />Williston Construction Co. is the lowest and best bidder and hereby lets the contract <br />for said improvement to them and orders that said improvement be made with asphaltic <br />concrete using Mexican asphalt and all proceedings heretofore had in this matter are <br />hereby confirmed and ratified, <br />L.
