Tuesday March 27th.2 1923. Continued, <br />Concerning the improvement of the roadway of Poaldn Street from <br />Webster Street to Walnut Street wthasphalt, asphaltic concrete, bitulithie, con <br />concrete, bitulithic, concrete.or brick, in pursuance to Resolution No, 1030.'the <br />Board finds that no petition has bee filed with said Board by a majority in <br />number of the- freeholders residing.,off, said street,to be improve4, requesting th#6 <br />that it be improved with a differen,,Ukind of pavementthan the kind heretofore <br />adopted by the, -Board in its preliminary order; and the City Engineer reports that <br />the Williston Construction Co js the lowest and best!bidde for the kind of paves <br />pavement heretofore adopted by the Board and the Board find `that the Williston <br />Construction Company is the-lolvest and best bidder and hereby lets the contract <br />for said improvement to them a:d or.?,ers that said improvement be made with <br />asphaltic concrete using Mexican A bait and all proceedings heretofore had in <br />this matter a hereby confirmed an ratified. <br />L B. SweeAyy <br />Clerk of the BcNrd. <br />Dated this "27th. day of March 1923, <br />i <br />i r <br />Concerning the improvement of the roadway of Golden Avenue from <br />Portage Avenue to Riverside Drive with asphalt, asphaltic concrete, bitulithic <br />concrete or brick, in pursuance to Resolution No. 1031 the Board finds that no <br />petitinn has been filed with paid Board by a majority in number of the freeholders <br />residing' on said street, to be improved, requesting that it be improved with a <br />different kind of pavement than the kind heretofore adopted by the Board in its <br />preliminary order; and the City Engineer reports that the Williston Construction <br />Company is the lowest and best bidder fithe kind of pavement heretofore adopted <br />by the Board, and the Board find that tYse Williston Construction Company is the <br />lowest and best bidder and hereby lets the con tract for said improvement to <br />them 4nd orders that said improvement be made with asphaltic Concrete using <br />Mexican Asphalt and 411 proceedings heretofore had in this matter are hereby con- <br />f irmed and ratified'. . <br />L. HONER. <br />Dated this 27th. day of March 1923.. <br />Concerning the improvement of Harrison Avenue from Lincoln Way <br />West to California Avenue with asphalt, asphaltic concrete, b1tulithic, concrete <br />or brick, in pursuance to Resolution No 1033 the Board finds that no ptitions has <br />been filed with said Board by a majority in number of the freeholders residing on <br />said street to be improved request ng t t it be improved with a different kind <br />of pavement than the kind heretofore adopted by the Board in its preliminary order; <br />and the City.Engineer reports that the Williston Construction Co. is the lowest and <br />es bidder for the kind of avement heretofore adopted b the Board, and the Board <br />in that the Williston Construction Co. is the lowest anyd best bidder and hereby <br />lets the contract for said improvement to them and orders that said improvement <br />be made pith asphaltic concrete using Mexican Asphalt and all proeeedings-heretofoe <br />had in this matter are hereby confirmed `and ratified. <br />° L.
