<br />Bend, St. Joseph County, State of Indiana, That it deemed necessary to improve
<br />Johnson StreetfromHumboldt Street to Elwood Avenue as follows, otpiwt:-
<br />Said street shall be graded from property line to property
<br />line to the established grade, and cement sidewalk and cement curb shall be constructed -
<br />on both sides of said street. All as is more particularly shown and all in accrdance
<br />with the plans, profiles, detail drawings and specifieation�son file in the office
