<br />That, it is deemed necessary ti improve
<br />south line of Frederickson's Melrose
<br />Said street shall be graded from property line to
<br />property line to the established, grade and cement sidewalk and cement curb
<br />shall be constructed along both sideq of said street from Prast Street to South
<br />line ofaFredericksen's Melrose Add. All as is more particularly shown and all

<br />Resolved by the Board of Public Works of -the City of South
<br />Bead, St. Joseph County, State of Indiana, That it is deemed necessary to impro
<br />improve Prast Street from Johnson Street to O'Brien Street as follows, to-wit:-

<br />shall be construei,ed. on the south side of said street. All as is more parti-
