<br />Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of 'South Bend,
<br />St. Joseph County, State of Indiana, That, it is deemed necessary to improve
<br />McCartney Street from Portage Avenue to Allen Street as follows, towit,:r
<br />Said street, shall be graded from property line to property line to
<br />the established grade, and cement sidewalk and -cement curb shall be constructed
<br />along both sides of said McCartney Street from Portage Avenue to Allen Street. Al
<br />All as is more particularly -shown and all in accordance with the plans, profiles,
<br />detail drawings and specifications on file in the Office of the Department of
<br />ublie Works of the City of South Bend, Indians.

<br />or bonds are issued. Under no circurm.stances shall the City of South Bend, be,
<br />or be held responsible for any sum 'or sums, dve from said property owner or
<br />owners for said work or for the collection of the same, or for the payment of
<br />arm bond, bonds,- certificate or certificates, issued to said contractor in. pay-

<br />Resolved by the Board of Public Works of -the Cit of South Bend,
<br />County at. Joseph and State of Indiana, that it is deemed necessary to improve
<br />Eldora Court from Lincoln Way East to the south end of said Eldora Court as
<br />follows, topwit:-
<br />Said court shall be graded from property line to property line
<br />to the established grade, and cement sidewalk and cement curb shall be construetd
<br />on both sides of sadd Eldora Court. All as is more particularly shown and all in
<br />accordance with the plans, profiles, detail drawings and spifieations on file
<br />in the office of -the Department of Public Works of the City3f South Bend,
<br />Indiana.
