<br />LOCAL SEVER IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 1116.
<br />Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend,
<br />County of St. Joseph, State of Indiana, That the construction of a local sewer, intended
<br />and adapted -only for local use by the property holders whose property abuts thereon$
<br />and not intended or adapted for receiving sewerage fromeollateral drains be and the
<br />same is hereby ordered inand along Burns Street from South Bend Avenue to the north
<br />line.©f Hartman and Miller Addition as follows, to -wit: -
<br />Beginning at the intersection
<br />of the center line of Soth Bend Aveme and Burns Street; thence north along the center
<br />line of Burns Street to the center line of Hartman and Miller's Addition with a 12
<br />inch vitrified -pipe sewer, togetther with the necessary manholes, strm water inlets,
<br />conduits and house connFctions to the curb line along the line of said improvement,
<br />all as is more particularly shown nd all in accordance with the plans, profiles, detail
<br />drawings and specifications on file in the Office of the Department of Public Works
<br />of the City of South Bend, Indiana.
