<br />thereon, and not intended or adapted for receiving sewerage from collateral drains
<br />be and the same is hereby ordered in and &long Marine Street from Calvert Street to

<br />Resolved by the'Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend,
<br />St. Joseph County, State of Indiana, That it is demmed necessary to improve Randolph
<br />Street from Leer Street to the first alley west of Marine Street as follows, to -wit* --
<br />Said Street shall be graded from property line to property line to
<br />the established grade and cement sidewalk and cement curb shall be constructed on both
<br />sides of said Randolph Street from Leer Street tothe first alley west of Marine Street.
