712 STREET OR ALLEY IMPROVEMENT RESOLU'-'ON NO. 1109. Be it Resolved by the Board of Public works of the City of South Bend, St. Joseph County, State of Indiana, that it is desired and deemed nec- essary to improve Marine Street from Indiana Avenue to the north line of Dayton Street as follows, toWt:-- Said street shall be graded and the roadway thereof shall be paved, and also the roadway of certain portions of the streets and alleys which enter or intersect, said street shall be graded and paved„ The paving material to be used in making said improvement shall be Sheet,Asphat Bitulithic, Asphaltic -,concrete, a oncrete, Brick or Portland cement Concrete pa seven (7) inches thick,,and the foundation shall be portland cement encrete six (6) inchesthick for the sheet asphalt, hbtulithic, asphaltic concrete nd brick, or rolled gravel six (6) inches thick for the Brick, also cement curb shall be constructed along said street where same is necessary and not already, constructed, manholls, storm water inlets and conduits shall be constructed whore necessry, all manholes tops and storm water inlets shall be set to the proper grade, cement marginal curb shall be constructed it all street -and alley intersections where necessary, all as is more particularly shown and all in accordance with the plVs, profiles, detail drawings and speeifications on file in the Office of the Department of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana, The §oft of do unp�,,v�, cent heceiu lrigvid d for, t r, shall be paid by jpocial avf,ewwont to,be levied Capon the proparty ppzcially #i t 3 to th o-aactnt that the same may be log., wily vasessed therefor, Inaccordance with fLn Act of the Gcper l A -bly of the State of Indiana, entitled:An.
