Continued. <br />r Petition filed for grade, cu and walk on Clyde Street from Indiana <br />Avenue to Ewing Avenue.Q Resolution ordered: <br />The City Engineer submitted the list.of.property owners in the matter <br />of an appropriation of certain property, under Condemnation Resolution No. 67 as shown <br />on Page.-592 of this record No. 10,-for the.Widening of'Sorin Street at Notre Dame <br />Avenue, in the City of South Bend Indiana, which list includes the names of.the <br />owners -and holdera of property and of interests sought to be taken or benficially <br />or injurious.ly,affected, and the description of the several pieces of property which <br />is affected by said appropriation proceedings. <br />Thereupon theBeard proceeded to award the damages sustained and toe <br />assessed the benefits accruing to each piece of property on said roll. <br />It was thereupon, moon motion duly made and seconded and unanimously <br />adopted, resolved that said list, together with the amount of benefits and damages <br />and the benefice and net damages therein set forth as the several parcels, nt land be <br />adapted and that the respective amount of benefits contained in said lisp, be and are <br />hereby -;assessed against the setreral tracts of land as specifically set forth in said <br />list be and are hereby awarded to the several tracts+of land as specifically set forth <br />in said list, and that net benefits or net damages, ss the ease may be as to the <br />respective tracts of land, contained in said list ara hereby awarded or aslsessed, as <br />the case meal b� as to the said several tracts of land. <br />The Board hereby further sets off the benefits and damages each against <br />the ether where both benefits.and damages are assessed, against the same piece -of <br />property, tracil, or land or inie.rests, and hereby fixes the said respective not <br />benefits as the amount that khall be paid by the respective owners -as benefits and <br />further hereby fixes, the respective net damages as to the several tracts as the <br />amount that shall be paid to the owners of the respective tract as damages. <br />Thereupon, upon motion duly made and seconded and unanimously adopted t <br />the 7ch. day of March 1923 at 7:15 P.M. was fixed as the day on which this Bard will <br />receive or hear remonstrances from persons with regard to the amount of their respec- <br />tive awards or assessments, and the Clerk of this Board was instructed to proper and <br />cause to be duly and legally given, notices to the owners of each parcel of property, <br />showing the amount of the assessment or awards, with a desetition of the property <br />affected, and the date of said hearing: <br />The fallowing claims were approved: - <br />So.
