<br />In the above matter no remonstrators appeared and no written remon-
<br />strance.was filed. The Board therefore find that the property assessed in said roll
<br />filed December 13th.,-1922 is benefitted in the amount of assessments as shown on said
<br />roll, and the Board further find that the assessment roll filed Deeemlber 13th.9 1922
<br />and the final estimate allowed December 13th., 1922 should be and the same are hereby
<br />in all things ratified, confirmed and approved.

<br />Controller be notified to with -hold from final settlement to contractor the sum of

<br />-St, Joseph, State of Indiana, That the construction of a local sewer, intended and
<br />adopted only for local use by the property holders whose property abuts thereon, and
<br />not intended or adapted for receiving sewerage from collateral drains, be an4 the same
<br />is hereby ordered in and along Seeberger Drive from Michigan Street to Fellows Street
<br />.as follows, to -wit:-
<br />R Beginning at the intersection of the center line of Michigan °St,reet
<br />and Seeberger Drive; thence east along the center line of Seeberger Drive to the center
<br />of St. Joseph Street with a 15 inch vitrified pipe sewer; thence still east along the
<br />center line of Seeberger Drive to the east line of lot�36 Seeberger's Addition with a
<br />12 inch vitrified pipe sewer; thence still east along the center line of Seeberge-r Drive
<br />to a point 20 feet Me.st of the west line of Fellodrs Street with a 10 inch vitrified pipe
