comber 27th.. 1922. <br />BOard stet in regular session at 7:15 P-M- All members present. <br />RApla-t of Studebaker Place Addition tothe City of South Bent <br />approved by than Board with the following dedication and building reftfietions:- <br />S"'TJDEBAKER PLACE, <br />The annexed replat of Studebaker Place Addition to the city of <br />South Bend, St. Joseph County, State of Indiana, is situated in. the Northeast <br />Quarter of Section Twenty-four (24) Township Thirty-seven.(37), North Range Two <br />(2) East, and is described as follows: - <br />Beginning at the northwest cornerof the <br />northeast darter of Section Twenty-four (24) Township Thirty --seven (37)�North <br />Range Twn (2) east; thence -south along the north and south center line of ssaid <br />Section Twenty-four (24) thirteen hundred and forty -eight feet,,. Township thirty-seven (37) north range Two (2) East. <br />The lots are numbered from One (P) to Two hundred five (205) <br />inclusive: The size of the lots and width of the streets and alleys are marked A <br />in feet on the Plat. 'Building lines and other restrictions are as noted on the <br />Plat. HAPP <br />Presi�tent. fires. <br />BUILDING RESTRICTIONS. <br />Be it known that no building shall be built closer to the <br />street lines than indicated by the building lines on this plat. Be it further <br />known that no building except a garage shall be built, closer than three (3) <br />feet of the side lines of the lots abutting on Erskine Blvd, Victoria Street, <br />,Fairview Ave; Irvongton Ave., and Rush St., or closer than Four (4) feet of the <br />side lines of the lots abutting on Seeberger Drive and Ewing Ave., and that the <br />premises shall be used for residential purposes only with single dwelling -on <br />each lot, .except where two or more lots are used for a single gelling, when . <br />the intermediate lot line ftstrictions do not apply, and that no fence shall be <br />erected withing fifty (50) feet of a street except an alley and street inter- <br />sections, and that no driveway of any kind shall be constructed through the lot <br />from the street, except lots 10,12 and 13, and that the minimum cost of each <br />dwelling house shall be $59000.00 on Erskine Blvd and Ewing Avenue., $4,000.00 <br />on Seeberger Drive, and $3000.00 on Fairview Ave., Victoria St., Irvington Ave., <br />and Rush Street. <br />
