<br />Resolved by the Board of Publi Works of the City of Sou1.h Bend!
<br />Indiana: That the following described property be appropriated for the use of said
<br />City: Widening'Seeberger' Drive from a point one hundred fifteen (115) feet east of
<br />Michigan Street to Fellows Street,
<br />A tract or parcel of land in the northeast quarter (4} of the north
<br />west quarter (1) of section 24 Trap. 37 N. R. 2 E. oe the Second Erinpipal Meridan in
<br />St. Joseph Co. Indiana:. Bounded by a► line running as follows, viz: -
<br />Beginning at a point thirty (3) feet north of the present; south line
<br />og Seeberger Drive and Oxie hundred fif+.a++n (115) feet east of the sass line of Michigan
<br />Street$ and running thence north thirty (30) feet, thence east parallel with and s ixty (I
<br />(60 feet.north of the present south lihe of said Seeberger Drive Twelve hundred.sixty
<br />nine and seventy three hundreths (10269.73) Feet, to the west line of Fellows Street,
<br />thence,south on the west lino'of Fellows Street thirty (30) feet; thence west twelve
<br />hundredsixty nine and seventy three hundreths (1,269.73) feet to theplace of beginning.
<br />The following described property my be injuriously or.beneficially
<br />affected by such appropriation: Beginning at a point on the . east line of Michigan Street
<br />forty four (44) feet north of the north line of Seeber er Drive; thence south along the
<br />east line' of Michigan Street l,o -a point forty-four (44 feet south of the south line of
<br />Seeberger Drive, thence ease, to the 1st. alley east of Michigan Streets thence south
<br />along said lst. alley east of Michiggaan Street to the lst. alley south of Seeberger
<br />Drives thence-eas.t"along the ist, alley south of Seeberger Drive to the west line of
<br />Fellows Street, thence north a long the west line of' Fellows Street, to the south line
<br />of Ewing Avenue, ,thence west along the south line of Ewing' Avbme to a point, one hundred
<br />fifteen (-115) feet east of the east line of Michigan Street, thence south along said
<br />line one hundred -'fifi,een (115) feet east of the east line of Michigan Street to a; point
<br />forty four (44.). feet north of the north line of Seeberger Drives thence vest to the place
<br />of beginning.
<br />The purpose of such appropriation fs for Widening of Seeberger
<br />Drives under Condemnation Resolution No.68. '
<br />Notice ox' this resolution shall be published on the 28th. day of
<br />Dece. 1922 `tend on the 4th. day of -Jan. 1923 in the South Bend Tribune and News Times.
<br />This Board, at its office in the City Hall on the 24th. day of
<br />January 1923 at 7:15 P.M. will hear and receive remonstrances frOm a� persons interested
<br />in or affected by these proceedings.
