Witucki, an employee of the Engineering Department has requested an increase in salary. Mr. Witueki is in charge of ate of the field parties ana his work has been very satisfactory. That the construction of a local sewer, intended and adapted only for local use by the property holders whose property abuts thereon, and not intended or adapted for receiving sewerage from..colla6er collateral drains, be and the some i.s hereby 6n and along.
