Met with BOSCH facility representatives; October 19 -21, 2011; Discussed the use of existing <br />BOSCH "As- Built "site and building documentation; Coordinated schedule for future on -site <br />visits. <br />3. Prepared drawing documentation; Prepared computer - generated building floor plans and site <br />plans of the existing conditions; coordinated site plan information from City GIS files. <br />4. Toured Relocation Prospect's facility; October 25, 2011, November 16, 2011; Met at Prospect's <br />current location with facility representatives to observe their current operations, and discuss <br />layout and planning ideas for the BOSCH site. <br />5. Toured BOSCH facility; November 3, 9, 10, 11, 2011; Met at Bendix Drive location with <br />BOSCH and Relocation Prospect's facility representatives; met with cost estimating consultants <br />to review scope of proposed work; tours included both BOSCH buildings. <br />6. Prepared conceptual floor plans and site plans; Prepared four (4) floor plan concepts, Plan —A, <br />Plan -B, Plan -C.1, Plan -C.2 and two (2) site plan concepts. <br />7. Prepared cost estimating submittal; Included site plans, floor plans, interior and exterior <br />photographs, and outline information for estimating the prescribed components (see <br />Understanding of Services Provided). <br />8. Prepared Projected Construction Cost Summary; Prepared four (4) summaries based on the four <br />(4) planning approaches. <br />9. Met with Relocation Prospect's representatives; Meetings at ADG offices on November 10, 14, <br />l7, 2011. <br />10. Prepared presentation exhibits for Relocation Prospect; Prepared drawing exhibits mounted on <br />foam core for planning meetings (all documents were copied to the City of South Bend). <br />11. Met with City of South Bend and Grubb & Ellis representatives; Meetings at City Economic <br />Development offices on November 14, 15, 2011. <br />BASIS OF COMPENSATION <br />ADG totaled 216 hours of billable time towards the services completed; the following hourly rates for our <br />services were applied: <br />Principal Architect <br />$135/Hour <br />Project Architect <br />$115 /Hour <br />Engineer <br />$1 15 /Hour <br />Cost Estimating Consultant <br />$1 l5 /Hour <br />CADD Technician <br />$ 90 /Hour <br />Clerical <br />$ 45 /Hour <br />TOTAL = $23,500.00 <br />
