Western <br />Avenue. We ask for the City's Economic Development staff to be the negotiating agent on the final <br />terms of said property acquisition. Enclosed with this letter you will find our proposed future site plan <br />and site rendering of the property. <br />Monroe Circle Community Center (MC3) /Entermission Inc (EM) is a 501c3 Not For Profit organization <br />located just west of the Harmon Glass property sharing property lines. MC3's mission is to help each <br />adult, and each child, take their next step toward a full and meaningful life, to add value, and to <br />encourage and help each person discover their worth for the purpose of developing a vibrant, safe, and <br />strong community with strong families. The word VALUE is used as an acronym that serves as a <br />framework for the center's programming initiatives: V- vocational, A -art expression, L — leadership and <br />spiritual development, U- unique health and wellness, E- education empowerment. The Harmon Glass <br />property will be dedicated to the furtherance of our vocational component initiatives. <br />MC3's overall purpose for acquiring the 502 W. Western property is to increase our capacity to serve the <br />community by obtaining additional space that will serve as a catalyst for the following: to provide <br />opportunity for local individuals and or businesses to participate in community development initiatives <br />that create economic empowerment, to create a space where mentoring, coaching, and educational <br />opportunities can be provided for trade skill and business development, and to provide an environment <br />where aspiring entrepreneurs can grow, develop, and be mentored within a supportive entrepreneur- <br />specific community. <br />An outreach of Granger Community Church — 630 E.
