<br />LOCAL SEWER IMPROVFXENT RESOLUTION 2d0 - 1083.
<br />Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend,
<br />County of St: Joseph, State of Indiana. That, the construction of.a local sewer,
<br />intended and adapted only for local use by the property holders whose property abuts
<br />thereon, and not intended or adapted for receiving sewerage from collateral drains, be
<br />and the,same is hereby ordered in and along Fellows Street from Calvert Street to
<br />Donald Street as folloft, to -wit: -
<br />Beginning at the intersection of the Renter line of
<br />Calvert Street and Fellows Street; thence south along the center line of Fellows
<br />Street to a point 20,feet south of the south line of the alley south of Calvert Street
<br />with a ten (10) °inch vitrified pipe sewer.- Also:- Be inning at the intersection of
<br />the center line of Fellows Street and Donald Street; thence north along the center.
