<br />.LOCAL SEWER . XMPROVEMM ., RESOLUTION 110. 16820
<br />Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend,
<br />County of St. Joephph, State of Indiana. That, the construction of a local sewer, intends
<br />and adapted only for local use by the property holders whose property abuts thereon,
<br />and not intended or adapted for recieivng sewerage from collateral drains , be and the
<br />same is hereby ordered in and along Eckman Street from Michigan Street to Fellows
<br />Street as Follows, to -wit: -
<br />Beginning at the intersection of the center line of
<br />Michigan Street and -Eckman Street; thence east along the center line of Eckman
<br />to the center of St. Joseph Street with a 15 inch vitrified pipe sewer; thence still
<br />east along the center line of Eckman 1:Street 245 feet with a 12 inch vitrified pipe
<br />sewer; thence still east along the center line of Eckman Street, to the center of
<br />Carroll Street with a 10 inch vitrified pipe sewer. Also Beginning at the interw
<br />section of the center line of Eckman Street and Fellows Street; thence west along
<br />the center line of Eckman Street to center line of Carroll Street with a 10 inch
<br />vitrified pipe sewer. Together'with the necessary m%nholes, storm water inlets,
<br />conduits and house connections to the curb line along the line of said improvement,
<br />all as is more particula4rly,shown and all in accordance with theplans, profiles, detail
<br />drawings and specifications on file in the Office of the Department of Public Works
<br />of the City of South.Bend, Indiana. _
