<br />about an opinion in.regard to planking Miami Street crossing of the New York Central
<br />R. R. Company instead of stone as per ordinance. Also to submit data for resolution
<br />prohibiting filling stations and other obstructions on City property.
<br />Engineer filed assessment roll and final estimate for Emulsified
<br />Asphaltic concrete pavement on North Shore Drive from Michigan Street, to a point 150 ft.
<br />W. of Lafayette and Lafayette Street from North Shore Drive to alley N. of North
<br />Shore Drive, under Improvement Resolution No. 997, IN the City of South.Bend,Ind.
<br />Resolved that notices as to the assessments be published on the
<br />24th, day of November 1922 and on the lst. day of December 1922 in the South Bend News
<br />Times and Tribune, stating that this -Board -will give &._hearing on the amounts of
<br />such assessments at its office ih the City 11411'on the 13th. day of December 1922
<br />at 7:15 P.M.
<br />Resolved further that the entire work under the above contract
<br />be accepted and approved and its final estimate thereon allowed.
<br />Engineer filed assessment roll of awards of damages and,
<br />assessments of benefits for Vacation of the alley lying west of lots 18 and 9 Kemble`s
<br />i dition, Also: the vacation of a part of Chapin Street and Catalpa Avenue from Bruce
<br />beet to Calvert Avenue, under Vacation Resolution No, 68, In the City of Seth
<br />Bend, Indiana.
<br />The Board had ordered that notices of such awards of damages
<br />and assessments of benefits be served according to law, and that a hearing he had
<br />on the 24th. day of January 1923 at 7:15 P.M. for the purpose of .hearing or receiving
<br />objections of any persons interested in said matter.
