Resolved, that the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana, that, the petition of the Studebaker Corporation.heretofore filed, asking permission to' construct a tunnel 7' X 6' 6t. underne%th and across Lafayette. Street at a location approximately 286' 10" North of the North line of Tutt Street,, also a tunnel 6' 6"- X 5' across And underneath the surface of Bronson Street at a location epproximatelt 111 ' 3" East on the Eadt line of Lafayette Streets be and is hereby$ranted on terms and conditions in contract and blue prints attached hereto and made a part hereof.
