Board met in regular session at 9:00 A.M. All members present. <br />C.ounoilmsn Sid Thornton and Atty. Omacht appeared befarre the <br />Board in regard to petition filed in Spring for grade, curb and walk on Tu-rnock Street. <br />Advised that.% resolution had been ordered tor same. <br />V. Babcock, Atty. 0. Deahl and Mr..Nolan representatives <br />of the Indiana Petroleum Company appeared before the Board in reggard to permission <br />to pur in driveway in lawn space at northeast corner of Lincoln Way West and Olive <br />Street around filling tank at curb. This matter discussed and.;the Board ordered <br />these parties to remove entirely all pumps off of City property, and permit -for <br />driveway denied. <br />:inspector reported as follows on light petitions: <br />Light in alley running eas tna dwest from Follows Street <br />to Erskine Ilvd. between Ewing Avenue and Seeberger Drive. Those. garages are_the old <br />sheds left by the Builder's of the Erskine homes there is now an are light to the _ <br />northwest a -quarter of a block-. No. building or trees between the li ht and garages. <br />There dre two boulevard lights about-200feet tothe east this same alley the light <br />toward the garages is painted, black on the side tenmrds the garage. Wayne Street between St. Joseph Street and the <br />River acid remove two arc lights. When boulevard lights are placed on E. Wayne Street <br />slso place same style lights on Carroll, Columbia and Lincoln Way East. The arc lights` <br />now there show better lights than 21 boulevard lights. Thos. H.
