530 Tuesday October 31st., 1922. Continued. The following resolution was adopted and approved by the Board, R E S 0 L U T I O N. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE' BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, that the following Schedule for lot surveys be adopted:- LOT SURVEYS:-' Other than the ddwn town districts. Honer Engmeer filed 8ssessment roll and final estimate for asphaltic concrete pavement on Pagin Street.from Linden Avenue to Hine Street, under Improvement, Resolution No. 1009. In the City of South Bend, Indiana. Resolved that notices as to the assesmnets be published on the 1st. day of November 1922 and on the 8th. day of November 1922 in the South Bend Tribune and News Times, stating that this Board will give a hearing on the samouns of such assessments at its office in the City Hail on the 22nd. day of November 1922 at 7:15 P.M. Resolved further that the entire work under the above contract be accepted and approved and the final estimate thereon allowed. Engineer riled assessment roll an final estimate for wat=r connections on Leer Street from Calvert Street to Ewing Avenue, under Improve- ment Resolution No. 1049. In the City of South Bend, Indiana. Resolved that the entire work done under the above resolution and contract let thereunder be in all things accepted and approved and that said final estimate be alltwed. Resolved that said notices in form required by law be published on,the lst. day of Yovember 1922 and on the 8th. day of November 1922 in the South Bend News Times and Tribune, newspapers of general circulation in said City setting and fixing the 22n.d. day of November 1922 at 7:15 P.M. at the office of said Board in the City Hail South Bend, Indiana as the time and place when the Board will receive and hear remonstrances against the amounts assessed against each of the lots and parcels of land on said roll and wil,h hear and determine 'whether such lots and parcels of land will be specially benefitted by said improvement by the amounts stated and set forth in said roll.
