Tuesday October 17th.1, 1922. Continued, Engineer filed assessment, roll and final estimate for pipe sewer on Virginia Street from Broadway to Indiaana Avenue, under Improvement Resolution No. 983. In the City of South Bend, Indiana. Resai*ved that thexx entire work done under the above resolution and contract let thereunder be in all things accepted and approved and that said final estimate be allowed. Resolved that said notices in form required by law be published on tha 20th.. day of October 1922 and on the 27th. day of October 1922 in the South Bend Tribune and News Times, newspapers of general circulation in said City, setting and fixing the 8th. day of November 1922 at 7:15 P.M..aat the office of said Board in the City Hall South Bend, Indiana as the time and place when this Board will receive and hear remonstrances against the amounts assessed against, each lot and parcel of land on said roll and will hear and determine whether such lots and parcels of land will be speciaally benefitted by said improvement by the amounts stated and set forth in said roll.
