<br />ment Resolution No, 979. In the City of South. Bend, Indiana.
<br />Resolved, that the entire work due under the above resolution
<br />and contract let thereunder be in, all things accepted and approved and that said
<br />final. estimate be allowed.
<br />Resolved that said notices in farm reQuired by law be published
<br />on the 20th. day of October 19 22 and on the 27th. day of October 1922 in the
<br />South Bend News Times and Bribune, newspapers in said City, setting an fixing
