Plat of Vanness Plat approved by the City Planning Commissioner a Sept. 22nd.9 1922 wgs.approved by the Board with the following escription. DESCRIPTION, Vanness Plat is situated in the middle part of the North half of the South -roast quarter of section 31 Township 38 north, range 3 East, Described as follows: Beginning at a point_216.5 feet east, of the center of sad said erection 31, thence south 1325 feet, thence east 1411 feet to Edwardsburg Highway, thence north --easterly 840 fees; thence north 820 feet; thence west 2098 feet to place of beginning. The lots are numbered from 1 to 44 inclusive and the dimensions -shown on the annexed plat. The streets are hereby dedicated to the public for public use.
