Tuesiday October 3rd., 1922. Continued. Mr. Tasher appeared before the Board and requested:permission for J. W. Wa:lz to put in crpssing in front of Wala Garage on South Michigan Street. Board stated permission would be granted providing J. W. Walz would P! —and protect Michigan Street new Pavement in front of.property. on South Michigan;St. John Tasher also requested permission to remove railing on -West side of Michigan Street between Tasher and Jennings Avenue. The Board granted permission for the railings removal over the abandoned culverio on West side of Michigan Street between Tasher and Jennings Avenue when the lots are brought up to @trdet grade. Insurance Pdlicy on garage at 224 No. Main Street allowed.to L , G. Harris Insurance Agency for the sum of. One Thousand 019000) Dollars and was approved, a Inspection reported on petition for light at Bei tsel Court as not necessary. Board approved inspectors report. Financial report of the City Cemetery.Sexton filed and approved. Resolution ordered prepared for grade, curb and walk on O'Brien Street from Lincoln Way West to South to Creek. Complaint filed by party named Jankowski in regard to Cntractors on Division Street breaking cement blocks in sidewalk on Lot 120 at 3103. w. Division. Board. Same filed and held for complete information. In the City of South Bend, Indiana.. Resolved that notices as to the assessments be published on the 5th. day of October 1922 and on the 12th. day of October 1922. in the South Bend News Times and Tribune, newspapers of general circulation in said City, stating tlAt this Board will give a hearing on the amounts of such assessments at its offi in the City Hall on the 25th. day of October 1922 at-7:15 P.M. Resolved further that the entire work under the above contract be accepted and approved an the final estimate thereon allowed.
