Board met in regulat session at 9:00 A.M. All members present. - Mayor E. F. Seebirt appeared before the Board and stated that the Municipal League of this State was going to hold a session herein the City starting October 4th-., 1922 and that he would like to have all the officials attend if possible. Mr. Joseph A. Klley appeared before the Board and complained about trucks damaging pavement on Lincoln Way West. Board advised Mr. Kaiey to take this matter up with the City Council. Board agreed topay Reith —Riley Construction Company the sum of Three (03.00) Dollars Per each manhole reset, on Division Street between Olive Street and City Limits. Attorney Strickland representing the Citizens Homes Company appeared before the Board in regard to the .placing of sidewalks and curbs on the east side of Scott Street to alley south of Calvert Street and on both sides of Taylor Street. Board ordered a thirty day notice sent to the property owners to cnstruet the necessary walks and curbs, Bids were received, opened and read on the following improvements. October 4th.9 1922 at 7:15 P.M. Mr. J. Handelsman appeared before the Board in regard to the placing of a light in front of the Palace Theatre. This matter referred to T. H. Beaning Inspector for investigation. Miller's Replat approved by Planning Board Sept. 22nd.91922 was approved by the Board of Public Works with the follow ina dediciation. MILLER'S REPLAT. The annexed plat represents Miller's Replat of lots 23,249259269 & 27 of Jacob Millers Addition as appears of recodd in Plat Book No. 7 at Pag 53 of the public records og St.Joseph County, Indiana, The dimensions of lots A. B. C. D. E. & F.
