Board met in regulat session at 9:00 A.M. All members present. - <br />Mayor E. F. Seebirt appeared before the Board and stated that the <br />Municipal League of this State was going to hold a session herein the City starting <br />October 4th-., 1922 and that he would like to have all the officials attend if possible. <br />Mr. Joseph A. Klley appeared before the Board and complained about <br />trucks damaging pavement on Lincoln Way West. Board advised Mr. Kaiey to take this <br />matter up with the City Council. <br />Board agreed topay Reith —Riley Construction Company the sum of <br />Three (03.00) Dollars Per each manhole reset, on Division Street between Olive Street <br />and City Limits. <br />Attorney Strickland representing the Citizens Homes Company appeared <br />before the Board in regard to the .placing of sidewalks and curbs on the east side of <br />Scott Street to alley south of Calvert Street and on both sides of Taylor Street. <br />Board ordered a thirty day notice sent to the property owners to cnstruet the necessary <br />walks and curbs, <br />Bids were received, opened and read on the following improvements. <br />Pipe sewer on Campau Street <br />Bid of L. October 4th.9 1922 at 7:15 P.M. <br />Mr. J. Handelsman appeared before the Board in regard to the <br />placing of a light in front of the Palace Theatre. This matter referred to T.
