469 Engineer filed assessment roll and final estimate for Mexican Asphaltic concrete pavement, an Michigan Street from 40 feet north of Fairview Street to Soutn line of Donmeyer Avenue, under Improvement Resolution No. 9.42. In the City of South Bend, Indiana. Resolved that notices as to the assessments be published on the 29th. day of September 1922 and on the 6th. day of October 1922 in the South Bend News Times and South -Bend Tribune, tstating that this Board will give a hearing on the amounts of such assessments at its office in the City Hall on the 18th. day of October 1922 at 7:15 P.M.
