Resolved by the Beard of Public Works of the City of South endm Indiana: That it is desirable to vacate the following The First alley North of Navarre Street as follows: —to -wit: - Beginning at the intersection of the East, line of Main Street an the south line of the first alley north of Navarre Streit;,thence east on.south line of said alley to the west line,of the fire, alley wast.of Main Street; thence north fourteen .(14) feet to the north line of said alley north of Navarre Street ;thence west to the east line of Main Streel thence south. 14 feet W the place of beginning. ALSO:,Beginning at the intersection of the west line of Michigan Street and the south line of the First alley north of Navarre Street; thence west on south line of the first alley north.of Navarre Street to the east line o of the first alley west of Michigan Street; thence north fourteen (14) feet; thence east to the west line of Michigan Street; thence south fourteen (14) feet to the place of beginning. The following property may be injuriously or beneficially Affected.by such vacation: .Beginning at the intersection of the north line of Navarre Street and the east Iine of Main Street;.thence north on the east d'.f' Main .Street to the Second alley north of Navarre Street„ thence east alongg said alley to the west line of Michigan Street; thence south on tho Best line of Michigan Street to --the north line of Navarre Street; thence west'on the north line of Navarre Street to the place of beginning. Notice of this resilution shall be published on the 27th. day of Sept., 1922 and on the 4th. day of Sept.9.1922 in the South Bend Daily Tribune and News Times. This Board, at its office in the City Hall on' the 18th. day of October 1922 at 7:15 P.M. will hear and receive remonstrances from all persons interested in or affected by these proceedings.
