The following deed approved by the Board. WARRANTY DE ED. This Indenture, Witnesseth, that Sisters of the Holy Cross Hospital Association of St. Joseph County , State of Indiana 68M)F AND -WARRANT. - To City of South Bend, of St. Joseph County, in the State of Indiana, One ($1.00) Dollars the following.Real Estate in St. Joseph -County, in the State of Indiana, to -wit: - An easement-orright ofway over and upon the following ddescribed :tracts of land for the use of the public as.a part of a public alley, a trianuglar tract off of the East end of the South thirty (30) feet off of Lot B..in Chapoton's Subdivision of lot.No. 10 in Cottfoll's First Addition to the Town of Lowell', now a part of the City of -South bend, and bounded by a line running as follows, viz; Beginning at the Southeast.corner of said lot Be thence running North along the East end of said lot thirty (30) feet; thence Southwesterly to a point in the South line, of said Lot six (6) feet .West of .the Southeast corner thereof, thence East six (6) feet to the place of beginning. Also a trianugular tract taken off of the East end.of 1oto- 11 in Chapoton's Subdivision of lot l0 in Cottrell's First Addition to the Town of Lowell, now s part of the City of South Benda and bounded by a line running as follows, via; Begin- ning at the Northeast, corner of said Lot No. 11; thence running South along the East line of said Lot thirty (30) feet; thence Northwesterly to a.point in the North line of said lot six (6) feet West.of the Northeast eorner` thereof,- thence East six (6) feet to -the place of beginning. And Covenant for themselves their heirs and personal-represtntatives that they are lawfully seized of the premises, have good right to convey the same and guarantee the Quiet possession thereof, that the --same are free from all incumbrance and that they will Warrant and Defend the Title -to the same against all lawful claims.
