<br />No. 958. In the City of South Bend, 'Indiana.
<br />Upon said hearing no remonstrators appeared and no written remonstrance
<br />was filed. The Board therefore find that the property assessed in ,said roll filed
<br />August 23rd., 1922 is benefitted in the amount, of assessments as shown on said assess-
<br />ment roll, and the Board. ,further find that the assessment roll filed August 23rd.9 1922
<br />and the final estimate allowed August, 23rd., 1922 should be and the same are hereby in
<br />all things ratified, confirmed and approved.

<br />provement Resolution No. In the above matter the Board deferred said hearing until
<br />'Wednesday September 26th.9 1922 at 7:15 P.M.
<br />Prgperty owners residing on Harper Court appeared before the Board
<br />in regard to pavement resolution adopted August 2nd.9 1922, and stated that they were
<br />unable to obtain asnough, signatures for waiver and requestod that resoluieon be
<br />advertised. Board resolved that notice be published on the 16th. day of September
<br />1922 and on the 23rd. day of September 1922 in the South Bend News Times and Tribuno,
<br />newspapers of general circulation in said City, stating that this Board will give a hear
<br />on said resolution in thd.ae office in the City Hall on the 4th'. day of October 1922
<br />at 7:15 P.M.

<br />end of.Campau Street be published on the 15th. day of September 1922 and on the 22nd.

<br />will receive bids for the construction of said improvement up to 10:00 A.M. Tuesday

<br />Now on last named date the Board designated Concrete as the kind
<br />of pavement with which said street is to be improved and fixes the 26th. dim of Sept,.,,
<br />1922 as the -time when petitions for changing the kind of pavmenet must be ..filed,, -and
<br />the Board hereby continues this matter until the 27th. day of September 1922 at IM100 P.M
<br />A.M. .on the above named day the Board will either pass on petitions let said contract or
<br />reject all bids.
