<br />Resolved by the Board of Public Forks of the City of South Bend,
<br />St. Joseph County, State of Indiana, That it is deemed necessary to improve The South
<br />side of Corby Street from Walsh Street to the east line of Park Place Third Additon
<br />as follows, to--wit:-
<br />Cement sidewalk shall be constructed along the south side of Corby
<br />Street from Walsh Street to the east line of Park Place Third Addition. All as is more
<br />particularly shown and all in accordance with the plans, profiles, slpecifications and
<br />detail drawings on file in.the Office of the Department of Public Works of the City of
<br />South Bend, Indiana

<br />SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION N0. 1063.
<br />Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the Ctty of South Bend,
<br />St. Joseph County, `Mate of Indiana, that it is deemed necessary to improve Dubail
<br />Avenue from Webster Street to Walnut Street as follows, to -wit:.
<br />Said avenue shall be
<br />.graded from property line to property line to the established grade, cement curb
<br />and cement sidewalk -shall be constructed along both sides of said avenue, all as is
<br />more particularly shown and all in accordance with the plans, profiles, detail drawings
<br />and specifictions on file in the office of the Department of Public Works of the City of
<br />South Bend, Indiana.
