Same referred to the Building Commissioner. Communication received from F. J. Herlihy of the White Construt Construction Company and H. B Detweiler Secy. of the White Construction Company acknowledging receipt, of letters in.regard to Eddy and Mishawaka Avenue pavement repairs. Same read and placed on file. The following resolutions were adopted by the Board. LOU t,�.EWEBRI2F'ROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 1061. Resolved by ,ti.e BoF.'rd of Public Works of the City of South Bend, County of St. Joseph, State of Indiana.
