<br />on Marietta Street from'IndiaRna Avenue to Dubail Avenue, under Improvement Resolution
<br />No. 978. In the City of South Bend, Indiana.
<br />Upon said hearing remonstrators appeared and complained about contracto
<br />destroying trees.- The Board decided to" defer action on said roll until Wednesday Sept.,
<br />13th.9 1922 at 7:15 P.M. to give property owners an oppportunity to see contractor about
<br />replacing trees.

<br />remon-strance was filed. The Board therefore find that the property assessed in.said roll
<br />``filed August 1st,9 1922 is benefitted in the amounts as shown on said roll -and the
<br />,-:Board further find that the assessment roll filed August Ist., 1922 and the final
<br />estimate allowed August 1st.9 1922 should be and the same are hereby in all things
<br />ratified, confirmed and approved.

<br />strance was filed. The Board therefore. find that the assessment roll filed August, 16th.
<br />1 22 is benefitted in the amount as shown on said assessment roll and the Board further
<br />find that tibet the assessment roll filed August.16th.9 1922 and the final estimate
<br />allowed August, 16th., 1922 should be and the, same are hereby in all things ratified,
<br />confirmed and ap roved. Upon recommendation of the City Engineer the sum of Five
<br />hundred ( 500.00� Dollars was ordered hold up until pavement is brought to grade
<br />along street car tracks.

<br />final estimate allowed July 25th.9 1922 should be and the same are hereby in all things
<br />ratified, confirmed and -approved.
