As the world's largest ambulance manufacturer, Wheeled Coach Industries, <br />Inc. routinely conducts external audits and testing of our Quality Manage- <br />ment System, materials, construction methods and workmanship to provide <br />our customers the highest levels of qualify and safety possible. <br />International Organization for Standardization (ISO) <br />Wheeled Coach is certified to ISO 9001:2008 and is the ONLY ambulance manufacturer <br />in the United States with this registration. <br />Ford Motor Company Qualified Vehicle Modifier Program (QVM) <br />Wheeled Coach is a charter member of this program and has been certified every <br />year since its inception. <br />National Truck Equipment Association MVP Membership <br />Wheeled Coach is a charter member of this program and has been certified every <br />year since its inception. <br />Test Certifications to the current KKK -A- 1822 and AMA? requirements <br />Wheeled Coach maintains Independent Laboratory compliance certifications to the <br />most current requirements for each ambulance model we produce. <br />Hygee Sled Test for Frontal Impact <br />To validate our materials, manufacturing processes and workmanship utilized in the <br />installation of' seats, seat belts, secondary restraining devices, cabinet construction, <br />oxygen cylinder retention and module to chassis attachment, a Hygee Sled Test in <br />excess of 20 G has been performed. <br />Modular Body Drop Test <br />To validate the design, materials, manufacturing processes and workmanship of our <br />modular body, a body drop from 120 feet was conducted. The impact force on, the <br />body's front corner was 30 G and the energy transfer was 105,000 lbs. <br />Internal and External Weld Inspections <br />Our Quality Control weld inspectors are Level 2, AS certified. Each day they inspect <br />our weld quality to this rigorous standard. In addition to internal training and testing, an <br />independent 3rd Party Inspection Service routinely audits our welding processes and <br />qualify. <br />Ambulance Side Impact Crash Test <br />Insurance Institute for Highway Safety Crash Test Protocol Version V has been conducted. <br />
