To the Board of Zoning Appeals <br />Re: Board of Zoning Petition <br />Integrity Accounting; DBA Jackson Hewitt Tax Service <br />Regarding the petition for a special exception for the property located at 1902 <br />Miami St. and 1110 E. Calvert St. collectively, please note that; <br />The proposed is not injurious to the public health, safety, convenience or general <br />welfare; nor is it injurious or will adversely affect the use of the adjacent area or <br />properly. This property and sign have been in existence since December of 2003 <br />and has caused none of the problems or issues mentioned above. <br />It is consistent with the character of the district in which it is located and the <br />land uses authorized. It is compatible with the recommendations of the City of <br />South Bend Comprehensive Plan. We also worked with Miami Corridor to insure <br />the integrity of the City of South Bend's Plan on this property. <br />In conclusion, please note that permits were granted, without debate, in <br />December, 2003 see attached).
