REGULAR MEETING August 13, 2018 <br /> Councilmember Regina Williams-Preston expressed thanks for the history lesson and stated, I <br /> believe that we're moving to this place, at this time, with this designation, largely because of what <br /> the two (2) of you gentlemen—George Garner, Darryl Heller—have done to really make the Civil <br /> Rights Heritage Center what it is today. <br /> Councilmember Tim Scott made a motion to send Bill No. 33-18 to the full Council with a <br /> favorable recommendation.
