Rouse called upon Council Attorney Kathleen Cekanski-Farrand to begin the presentation. With <br /> the aid of a handout(attached) Kathleen Cekanski-Farrand clarified some definitions as well as <br /> explained recommendations or"next steps." Rouse advised the Committee that while much work <br /> had been done; much more was needed. He asked Cekanski-Farrand how much longer before <br /> her research was ready. She said 30 days. He said that was too long. Rouse said he would <br /> entertain a motion to continue the bill until April 11tn <br /> Karen White said a special committee meeting would be needed to consider all the issues and for <br /> public input. <br /> At that, Henry Davis motioned and Karen White seconded a continuance until April 11'h.
