The City �lttorney is to draw up a per- <br /> �it Agreement to be si.gned by the applicant before -the card is issued. <br /> Instruct�i.ons were also given that upon the card shall be printed the <br /> limi.ts for par:�zng indicating that there shall be no double parkin� for. <br /> deliveries bet�veen th� hours of 11: 30 A. M. and 1:00 P. iui. and 4: 30 P.M: <br /> to 5: 30 P. M. ' <br /> � Cit� Attorney Hunter brought up the question of dangerous spots in <br /> the City, particularly along the river where the public might. be� safe- <br /> guarded more carefully than at present, and instructed the City Traf- <br /> fic EY�gineer Miller to make a survey of the City and report as soori as <br /> possible. <br /> It was also decided that the-Police be instructed to more. rigidly <br /> inspect and renort outages af aIl lights i:� the City and that they be <br /> instructed to notify the Ind. � Mich. Elec. Compsny or tne City Elec-- <br /> trical Department of any light outages that may be Found either by burn- �� <br /> ing out or being broken.
