Mr. Miller, after making an analysis of the <br /> location, stated that traffic is not sufPicient and the visibility is such <br /> that it would not warrant putting i.n stop signs. Th e Board concurred in <br /> this report and 'instructed that Mr. Bixler be- sent a copy o�' the decision. <br /> Traffic Ehgineer. Miller re�orted his in-vestigation of the practicabil- <br /> ity of removing tne railtiva3� flas�ing equipment from Notre Dame Avenue to <br /> Greenlav�n Avenue end tne Grand Trur�k crossings: His report is on file <br /> in the office of the Board of Public Safety, recor.�nending that these <br /> flashers be not removed. The Board con�urred� in this report- and gave <br /> instructions to notify the Gran d Trunk �zailway to install f`Iashers at <br /> Greenlaxn Avenue and also send them a copy of a report from-Mr.Miller. <br />
