The following contract was approved. Kenton , Ohio. This contract made and entered into this 24th, day of -July 1922, by and between the City of South Bend, Indiana$ acting through the Board of Public Works, of said City, party of the first part and the Scioto Sign Comnappany, Keaton Ohio, party of the second part WITNESSET : flat the party of the second part agrees to furnish'to said party of the first part five thousand (5000) four by twenty (4X20) twenty-six (26) gauge metal signs, embossed, blue ground and white letters, including five hundred (500) changes, the plates to be constructed in the same manner as the sample hereto attached bearing the same Y/Cedar Street" upon the same, and guarantees - that the plates Will last At least one year.
