Gentlemen: - The undersigned Fulton -Harwood Brass Works, a corporation of this City hereby and by these presents make application and petition to you Honorable Beard for the right and privilege to construct and maintain a single track siding off of and from the Pennsylvania Railway Lines in alley north of lot 14 Stull's- 4th. Addition into property owned by the Fulton, -Harwood Brass Works and for their use.
