<br />Street, under Improvement Resolution No. 1002. In the City f South Bend, Indiana.
<br />Upon said hearing no remonstrators a eared and no written
<br />r.emons.trance was filed. A d the Board being fully advised in the premises, decides that
<br />.he benefits to property Liable to be assessed for said improvement are equal to the
<br />estimatee cost of the same, as reported by the City Civil to ineer, and thereupon takes
<br />final action on said resolution as originally adopted, end the same are hereby in all
<br />things , ra of ied , c onf irmed and. approved.
