Check $100.00 3,25 . 2.80 1.00 •90 10.00 20.00 10.00 .13 .30 .55 o cernina the -improvement of the roadway'of the alley lying; between Lots Three and six (6) and lots Four (4) and Five (5) in Mease Addition from La Porte Avenue to Lincoln Way Pest, with as halt asphaltic concrete bitulithic, concrete or brick, in pursuance to Resolution FTo. 692 the Board finds that no petition has been filed with said Board by a majority in number of the fee holders residingg on said street to be improved, requesting tit it be improved with a different kini od pavement than the kind heretofore adopted by the Board in its preliminary order, and the City Engineer reports that the Hoban & Roach is the lowest and best bidder for the kind of pavement heretofore adopted by the Board, and the Board find that the'Hoban & Roach is the lowest and best bidder and hereby lets the contract for said improvement to them and orders that said improvement be made with concrete and all proceedings heretofore had in this matter are hereby confirmed and as vpzoratified.
