Officer Miller called attention to intersectiQn of Washington Avenue and Chagin Street� where� several accidents �have occurred during the past year. He recommended that a stop sign be placed on Chapin Street on ti'�'ashington. The Board gave its approval and Officer Millex was instructed to install same. Communication was receivEd�� from Julius� Seeberger regarding the parking situation in the,100 block on� ��iest Monroe Street. This � matter v�ras referred to the �hief of Police for investigation and recommendation. .
