Public Hearing <br />(1) continued... <br />(a) continued... <br />the line items Commissioners disagree with. <br />That alerts staff that some Commissioners do <br />have reservations about certain items and <br />warns staff that we need to talk with the <br />Commission before proceeding on those <br />items. <br />Ms. Laurent noted that these appropriations <br />are approval of a revenue stream, not <br />approval of a budget. We have put the <br />budget together as justification for needing <br />this revenue stream, but you are actually only <br />approving the revenue stream. <br />Ms. Jones asked if these budgets are <br />consistent with the long range planning <br />budget the Commission put together last <br />winter. Mr. Inks confirmed that they are. <br />Mr. Peczkowski asked for copies of those <br />financials since he was not present for the <br />discussions. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Downes, seconded by <br />Mr. King and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved Resolution No. 2397, <br />a Supplemental Appropriation Resolution of <br />the South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br />(South Bend Central Development Area) <br />with the reservation of Mr. Peczkowski <br />concerning funding Downtown South Bend, <br />Inc. <br />COMMISSION APPROVED RESOLUTION NO. 2397, <br />A SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION RESOLUTION <br />OF THE SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT <br />COMMISSION (SOUTH BEND CENTRAL <br />DEVELOPMENT AREA WITH THE RESERVATION <br />OF MR. PECZKOWSKI CONCERNING FUNDING <br />DOWNTOWN SOUTH BEND, INC. <br />
