Public Hearing <br />(1) continued... <br />Ms. Jones noted the copies of the <br />Commission's Public Hearing Procedures <br />available at the sign-in table. She also <br />indicated that during the public comment <br />time she would take comments in favor for <br />each resolution followed by comments <br />against each resolution. <br />Mr. Inks noted that the Public Hearing file is <br />complete for the Supplemental Appropriation <br />Resolutions for each TIF area. He asked that <br />the following items be entered into the <br />record: (1) A copy of Resolution No. 2396 <br />setting the public hearing on the relevant <br />resolutions for 10:00 a.m. December 7, 2007; <br />(2) A copy of each supplemental <br />appropriation resolution being considered <br />today, (3) An affidavit from Carol Smith, <br />Advertising Director of the South Bend <br />Tribune that the Notice of Hearing was <br />published in that newspaper on <br />November 23, 2007; (4) An affidavit from <br />Richard Andrysiak, Classified Manager of <br />the Tri-County News that the Notice of <br />Hearing was published in that newspaper on <br />November 23, 2007. <br />Ms. Jones opened the public hearing for PusLic HEARING oN RESOLUTION No. 2397 <br />whoever wished to be heard. <br />The first resolution being considered is <br />Resolution No. 2397, South Bend Central <br />Development Area. <br />4 <br />
