Public Hearing <br />(1) continued... <br />Public Hearing Resolution No. 2400 <br />Mr. Gibney: The Leighton Center for Senior <br />Living is also being taxed. <br />Mr. Peczkowski: Of the new projects <br />coming up, including this demolition of the <br />former Eagles place, is that going to be tax <br />exempt property? <br />Mr. Peterson: It depends on the use. If it's <br />not actually the hospital using it, that may <br />make it taxable. Use for private physician <br />offices is a taxable use. <br />There was no one else who wished to speak <br />regarding Resolution No. 2400. <br />(d) Commission approval requested for <br />Resolution No. 2400 a Supplemental <br />appropriation resolution of the <br />Redevelopment Commission (Downtown <br />Medical Services District) <br />Upon a motion by Mr. King, seconded by <br />Mr. Downes and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved Resolution No. 2400, <br />a Supplemental Appropriation Resolution of <br />the Redevelopment Commission (Downtown <br />Medical Services District) <br />The next resolution being considered is <br />Resolution No. 2401, Douglas Road <br />Economic Development Area). <br />Mr. Schalliol noted that the appropriation for <br />the Douglas Road Economic Development <br />COMMISSION APPROVED RESOLUTION NO. 2400, <br />A SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION RESOLUTION <br />OF THE REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION <br />(DOWNTOWN MEDICAL SERVICES DISTRICT <br />PUBLIC HEARING ON RESOLUTION NO.2401 <br />20 <br />
